Having a well crafted elevator pitch is an effective tool for introducing yourself as you build your network and find that next opportunity to grow your career. Join us for this engaging session as we define a winning elevator pitch and build our own.

    SpeakerAlysa D. Lambert, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP

    Alysa D. Lambert is a Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Business at Indiana University Southeast, New Albany, IN. She received her PhD from the State University of New York at Albany in Organizational Studies, specializing in Human Resource Management. Her major research and teaching interests focus in human resources, specifically in work-life balance issues and improving classroom pedagogy. She has published work in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Managerial Issues, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Applied Psychology in Criminal Justice.
