Vince Caldwell is the Partner Products and Program Sr. Specialist at the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also very active in Toastmaster, helping people develop communication and leadership skills. He has held every position on the Leadership Track of Toastmaster District Governance. As District Governor 2005-06, he led the District to the ranking of 13 in the world out of 83 Districts worldwide. This level of achievement was attained by motiving a team of over 50 team leaders and 200 clubs and ensuring that they were properly trained, equipped, supported, and encouraged.
