February is Youth Leadership Month and our panel of career coaches will share their coaching styles and how they encourage professionals to lead from any level. Join us for a moderated discussion on defining leadership, vital skills to grow and encourage, and leading alongside others.

Jeff Koziatek

Jeff Koziatek leverages his background as an entrepreneur and award winning, international performer, with a proven process to help leaders overcome overload, doubt, and burnout to fast track doing more in less time with increased satisfaction as a Peak Performance Coach. His clients gain clarity around blind spots, shift beliefs and modify behaviors to reach their goals. Jeff's services include 1:1 performance coaching, inspirational keynotes, and energizing workshops. He is a certified coach with both The Values Conversation and the John Maxwell TEAM, a professional member of the National Speakers Association, and VISTAGE trusted advisor.

Daniela de la Piedra, JD, MPA, CPC, ELI-MP

Daniela de la Piedra is a Certified Professional Coach and Founder of Everyday Daniela Life Coaching LLC, a practice dedicated to helping busy professionals take positive and sustainable action to create a more joyful and fulfilling life. Daniela received coach training through iPEC and thus uses the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and the 7 Levels of Energy framework to help her clients gain self-awareness, raise their consciousness and improve their performance. As a former attorney herself, Daniela loves to help other professionals create the change that they can't stop thinking about! 


Nneka Thompson

Nneka Thompson is a trusted coach and advisor who is enthusiastic about helping people expand their career opportunities. She has two decades of demonstrated experience tackling education and skills development matters for employers and a variety of people groups and is currently one of the country’s bright minds that’s trying to solve the tech talent shortage at AWS.

Nneka’s holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and her post grad work includes a feature on Forbes.com Grads of Life and a Workforce in the New Economy panel appearance during the 2016 Democratic National Convention. Her coach approach is to use her industry knowledge and personal experiences as a multi-sector career changer to help other people make bold and meaningful career transitions of their own.

Moderator: Justin Bradley Reyes

Justin is an advocate for underserved & vulnerable communities with 8 plus years of Association Management experience. His passion for advocacy, professional development, DEI, workforce development, public policy, and networking has led him to engage in over the last 17 years as a volunteer and member within many nonprofits.

Today as the Member Engagement Manager at the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA), Justin is responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the recruitment of Latino talent and to accelerate Hispanic/Latino placements on corporate boards including Fortune 1000 Boards.

Justin commits his time as a volunteer to the American Society Of Association Executives (ASAE) - Government Relations and Advocacy Professionals Council, Mattie Rhodes-Cultural Arts Committee, National WWI Museum Modernists Council, Missouri Latino Democratic Caucus, 3600Plus Creative Hub Board, and is a University of Missouri-Kansas City Avanzando Mentor. Justin earned his B.S. in Agricultural Science at Texas A&M University.
