During our time together, you will have the opportunity to meet five top notch professional coaches, experience two focused sessions, and learn how, when done right, working with a professional coach can help you navigate change, level-up your leadership, map out an action plan to achieve a goal, and much more.

Meet the Coaches:

Jaya Koilpillai Bohlmann, MA, APR, MSMOB, ACC. Jaya is a communication, engagement, & organization development executive with 20+ years of award-winning experience with global Fortune 500 companies, associations, nonprofits, and consulting firms. For individuals, teams and organizations facing career and reputational change, Jaya provides coaching and strategy that uses powerful communication and executive-level business experience to transform people and workplace cultures. Jaya is an OD and communication expert, and a certified professional/career coach. Tina Erickson. Tina dedicated her career to the public and nonprofit sectors. Her career began as a congressional aide and political fundraiser in D.C. After moving to Chicago, she served in leadership positions in diverse nonprofits—vice president of institutional advancement at a university, a foundation administrator, vice president of external relations at a human services organization, and director of development at two advocacy organizations. Tina managed staff in every position she held during her career. Upon retiring from fundraising, she became a certified career coach and works primarily with professionals in the nonprofit and public sectors. Learn more here.


Kathy Kiernan, MBA, PCC. Kathy provides leadership coaching to C-suite executives, Emerging Leaders, and Entrepreneurs who need to recruit, train, and cultivate high performing teams; increase productivity to meet ever-increasing goals; and develop the leadership skills to take their organization to the next level. Through powerful questioning, actionable exercises, and assessments, Kathy helps her clients develop measurable goals and action plans to achieve them. Her corporate, entrepreneurial, and non-profit board experience provides Kathy with understanding and empathy for the challenges leaders face. Jeff Koziatek. Jeff leverages his background as an entrepreneur and award winning, international performer, with a proven process to help leaders overcome overload, doubt, and burnout to fast track doing more in less time with increased satisfaction as a Peak Performance Coach. His clients gain clarity around blind spots, shift beliefs and modify behaviors to reach their goals. Jeff's services include 1:1 performance coaching, inspirational keynotes, and energizing workshops. M. Parker Mabry, MA, PCC, BCC. Parker is an executive leadership coach and life strategist.
