There is little debate about the importance of accountability in the workplace and in our personal lives. It’s a must at all levels of any organization and is the key to building trust with stakeholders. The pursuit of this takes a big slice of humble pie at times and a constant look in the mirror always. This session will highlight opportunities to elevate yourself and those around in focusing on accountability as an area of practice in every aspect of your life.
