Speaker: Amy Hemphill

Amy is Senior Director of Member Relations at the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Amy has over twenty years of managerial experience in the association realm and expertise in member engagement. Over the course of her career Amy has developed services and implemented processes to solicit new members, setup onboarding procedures, and retention campaigns while promoting and implementing customer service standards.

Moderator: Regais Wilson

Regais is Senior Manager, Membership and Chapters with the National Grants Management Association (NGMA). Regais brings over ten years of organizational development and stakeholder engagement to the discussion. Regais will also contribute her membership management experiences of working with large and small associations.
