Networking session: How to ask someone to be your mentor/your personal BOD - January is National Mentoring Month

In this open networking session, participants will discuss how they have been successful in finding a mentor or mentors, how they have maintained their mentor relationships long-term, and how they may have changed mentors or added new mentors over time.  We will also discuss the advantages of having a personal "board of directors" as a sounding board for professional career advice and how to create your own.
