Dr. Findley is an Assistant Professor at Spalding University in Louisville, KY, teaching in the doctoral leadership program. In addition, he is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Compliance Officer for the Transit Authority of River City (TARC). 

A graduate of University of Louisville (BS), Webster University (MBA), and Spalding University (EdD), he is a highly valued community resource with extensive experience as a strategic and operational leader.
